Our Commitment At SoftAura Glow, we stand behind the quality of our beauty tools and skincare devices. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

For hygiene reasons, beauty tools and skincare devices that have been used cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Defective or Damaged Items If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email] with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
